Ordering
To order products from us you will need to login as a customer online and place an order using your credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards including the following, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro, Solo, MasterCard, Delta and American Express. We also accept payments via Paypal.
We take security very seriously, which is why we have chosen to use online credit card processing facilities provided by WorldPay. They are proven to be the safest option for secure online payments. This means that you do not have to worry about anyone being able to gain access to your credit or debit card details.
Delivery
We provide FREE delivery on all orders being dispatched to destinations in the UK. All orders for delivery in the UK will be sent first class via Royal Mail. We will always do our best to dispatch your goods on the same day that you place the order, however this is not always possible so please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be delivered.
All orders for delivery in the European Union, will be sent out airmail for a flat rate of £3.
All orders for delivery in to the rest of the world, will be sent out airmail for a flat rate of £6.
We always try to get you your goods as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for delivery on orders placed outside of the UK.

UK - 1-4 working days
Europe - 4-6 working days
Rest of the world - 6-10 working days
Returns
All orders placed with rimo-to come with a 14 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive an order from us and you are unsatisfied for any reason please feel free to return it to us and we will be happy to refund or replace any of the goods you have purchased. However you must do this within 14 days of receiving your order and the goods must be in their original condition or we will not be able to process your return.
When returning an item to us please include your full name, address, phone number and the transaction number. We also advise that when returning any items to us that you acquire ‘Proof of Postage’ from the Post Office. The returns address can be found in the contact section.
